Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions 🎉 (Because every great party needs a plan!)

  1. Deposit to Secure Your Date
    A £50 deposit is required to secure your party date. This ensures your spot is saved and no one else nabs it! CLICK HERE to pay your deposit.
  2. Flexible Payments with ArtTEE Pay
    We get it – spreading the cost makes life easier! Once your deposit is paid, we’ll send you a reusable payment link. You can pay off your balance in as many installments as you like, as long as the full balance is cleared before the party date.
  3. Party Timing
    A standard UV Neon party lasts 1.5 hours. If you’ve booked add-ons, your party time will increase to 2 hours or more depending on what you’ve chosen. We’ll confirm your final party duration at the time of booking.
    Doors open 20 minutes before your party starts, so you can bring extras and set them up if needed (though we’ve got most things covered). Please be sure to leave promptly so we can prep for the next event!
  4. Add-Ons for Everyone
    Add-ons must be booked for all guests attending – no individual options here! Whether it’s UV face paint, bubble tea, or festival glitter, it’s an all-in experience for everyone. This also applies to any last-minute extra guests!
  5. Allergy Awareness
    Please inform us in advance of any allergies to drinks, snacks, or party prizes. This helps us make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
  6. Star of the Day Video (FREE Service)
    We’ll need some photos of the guest of honour before the party so we can create their Star of the Day video. This will be displayed during the party as part of our FREE service. (Psst... this isn’t the same as the keepsake video add-on – that’s a separate option available for £20!)
  7. Cancellations and Changes
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date if needed.
  8. Extension Options
    Want to extend the fun? You can add an extra 30 minutes for £50. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly!
  9. Keep it Fun, Keep it Safe
    We’ll handle all the setup, running, and cleanup of your party – you just bring the good vibes! While we’ll do everything we can to make it magical, we’re not responsible for accidents or mishaps, so please keep an eye on your guests and enjoy responsibly.
  10. No Pets Allowed
    For health and safety reasons, no pets are allowed at the party venue.
  11. Bringing Your Own Items
    While we provide a fab setup, you’re welcome to bring along a celebration cake or other cool extras! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing something big, so we can adjust the setup accordingly.
  12. Guest Numbers
    The minimum booking is for 10 guests, and the venue can accommodate up to 40 guests. Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the party date.
  13. Extra Guests on the Day
    Any extra guests will be charged at the same rate as the booked guests, including any add-ons. Payment for extra guests must be settled before leaving the venue.
  14. No-Show Policy
    If some guests don’t show up, there will be no refunds. Parties are prepped for the number of guests booked, so adjustments can’t be made.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At ArtTEE, we aim to provide exceptional experiences through our parties, workshops, and services. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and our terms:

1. Deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions. Deposits are non-refundable unless ArtTEE cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
ArtTEE-Initiated Cancellations: If ArtTEE cancels, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule.

3. Rescheduling
To reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days before your event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 6 months of the original booking date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.

4. No-Shows
No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend without prior notice.

5. Workshops and Courses
Cancellations for workshops and training courses must be made at least 7 days before the event to receive a refund of any payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Transfers to another date or participant may be possible with at least 3 days' notice.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unavoidable situations, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation and issued via the original payment method.
