At ArtTEE, we aim to provide exceptional experiences through our parties, workshops, and services. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and our terms:
1. Deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions. Deposits are non-refundable unless ArtTEE cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
ArtTEE-Initiated Cancellations: If ArtTEE cancels, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule.
3. Rescheduling
To reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days before your event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 6 months of the original booking date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.
4. No-Shows
No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend without prior notice.
5. Workshops and Courses
Cancellations for workshops and training courses must be made at least 7 days before the event to receive a refund of any payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Transfers to another date or participant may be possible with at least 3 days' notice.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unavoidable situations, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation and issued via the original payment method.
